Hemlock NWOT Kids Straw Hat

Hemlock new, without tags, kids straw hat. Adjustable interior band. Excellent condition; bought for my grandson who refused to wear it! Size: kids “one size” adjustable Pre-owned but never worn condition. No rips, holes or stains. No one in our house smokes; including our two dumb dogs.
