Hemant & Nandita green silk “Moana” mini dress, size small.

Hemant & Nandita green silk ruffled minidress, size small. Fun dress with three tiers to the skirt - each trimmed with red beads and the final ruffle with red embroidery too. Chest area has beaded & sequin detail, and open neck ties with beaded tassels. The length is a little uneven, but between 32-33” from shoulder seam. Overall loose fit, with a stretchy (not tight) lining. Marked as dry clean only, but I machine washed it in a bag on delicate and hung dry.
