Hemant and Nandita floral peasant dress. This brand has gorgeous designs, sold at Anthropologie - gorgeous floral pattern that has a water-color like feel, reminds me a little of Zimmermann. Has a cute tassel detail on the neck that's in the same pattern. It's a pullover fit and flare style dress. Smocked waist so plenty of stretch, lined, elastic at the wrists (these are pretty loose though, 4" across unstretched), and ruffle details at the ends of the sleeves and at the bottom of the dress. Condition: Good. I only wore this a few times, but looking closely, there might be two minor thread pulls - the first I'm actually not sure if it's a thread pull or just part of the fabric, but it's to the right of the dress when looking at it (second to last photo). The second is on the right sleeve at the very top (last photo). Neither are noticeable imo, I only found them when I looked closely to list this. Measurements: Size XS. About 18" pit to pit, 13" waist (but stretches to 19"), 38" long.
