Hem & Thread Blue & White Dress size M Nwt

Hem & Thread blue & white dress. Would be cute worn as a long top with leggings/jeans. Dress is lined with white fabric. I am 5'6" and this dress comes to right above my knees. From the shoulder to the bottom of dress this is about 35" long. Sleeves are flowing and comes to below the elbow. This is a size M and is new with tags. Comes from a Pet free/smoke home.
