christizelaya @missawesome84 awww! That’s so sweet! I actually took in a stray a few years ago for a while because it was winter weather. I ended up taking the pretty boy to the shelter and I kept tabs. He was adopted quickly. He was so pretty and sweet and well behaved despite being feral. I’d have kept him of my husband hadn’t been so allergic and my dogs would have been more accepting. 🤭

missawesome84 @christizelaya it’s nice to know there are good people. My landlord handed me two kittens a few months ago unfortunately one passed away already and I promised the other one I would keep it alive and there are a bunch of other strays outside. I’d like to keep safe during the winter I have four of my own cats indoors, that’s enough for me inside🤣🐈

christizelaya @missawesome84 😂 I’m the same way with dogs… if I had the space, I’d take in every stray dog I saw. I don’t know how much space you have and such, but for a shelter outside, you could try a greenhouse setup. They have styles that offer space to install a heater as well. They’re often used for chicken coops. If you try looking on the T E M U app, you can find them for good prices. 😉

amber_cain @missawesome84 does your city have a trap and release program? I get vouchers from my local animal shelter for free sterilization, microchip and rabies vaccine. then I trap them, take them in, after 24 to 48 hours I release them in the same place or area.
