jbhamble @alexandracla459 not knowing your daughter’s size I would say to measure a current jacket of hers and compare to the size chart that I posted. But I would say in my opinion it would be perfect for a 9year old. The sleeves Velcro so you wouldn’t have an issue even if they were a bit long. Hope that helped!
