designerbeb Was non compliant. By this time I thought I had made a "solid" friend so we exchanged phone numbers and began texting. Long story short she played desperate and so thinking we had a friendship I mailed her 3 boxes of my product to help her financially. It's been 6 wks and still excuses and lies even though her life has improved greatly. The advice I'm asking is there anything I can do about this? Is she considered a scammer?

mangga4ever @designerbeb yep. You've been scammed. You fell for a sob story. Never take any transaction outside of Posh as you will have no protection. People are getting scammed on Posh let alone out of Posh. I will just say to cut your losses and move on and for sure God will just have to deal with her dishonesty. And for sure she will have it coming. So, I guess lesson learned here. Don't be too trusting and especially if someone suggests that the transaction be done out of PM.

designerbeb Hi... can you help me please? I have an order that’s 13lbs in weight... how do I ship it? I know that after 5lbs you have to pay for extra shipping. So do I print the original label that the buyer pays for and then I add on postage? For the extra 8 lbs? Which is $8.95? Thank you for your help.

mangga4ever @designerbeb hi I've never had to upgrade a shipping label so I don't have a first hand experience but if you go to the YOUR GUIDE TO POSHMARK section (last tab on bottom of app with ur username on it)there is a tab that explains how to upgrade shipping.

I just looked at my order history and remembered that I bought the double sided ball earrings from you they were nice but pretty much unusable...the design was flawed. The big side was too heavy that it just slid right off...kinda disappointed with that purchase and one of those did purchases that I've just written off as experience and lesson learned. You do have a lot of nice stuff.
