@ashleylatimer07 Hi! With your height, I think you’ll need 3” heels (I’m wearing 2” heels in the photos). I have a 25-26” waist and the size S is a perfect fit for me. I think it’ll fit you but I personally think a XS would be a perfect fit for you. Let me know if you’re still interested and I can post more close up photos of the actual dress.

@ashleylatimer07 Hi! Sorry for the late response. It’s been a busy past week. Crossing the straps in front would shorten the dress by maybe a quarter inch. It’ll lift the bust a bit too (my bust is size A for reference). The item is final sale / no return or refund unless it did not arrive in the condition I stated it to be in. I can give a 13% discount.
