Hello Miss multicolored sheer tunic w slight gathered bell sleeves and full slip

Hello Miss sheer multicolored tunic/dress with full navy colored slip underneath. Slight bell sleeves gather with elastic seams at wrists. Keyhole opening in mid upper back. Measurements shown are from the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom of front hem, and from armpit to bottom of hem. Size small Last photo depicts one continuous “snag” line from the back of right shoulder area to about mid back. Was almost impossible to find when I was looking for it. See photo for that.
