Hello Kitty x oz tee

Tag says Women's Small but runs small...more like something between xxs and xs. Flat measure 13" across, 22" length, with some stretch. For reference I'm 32'' chest/25'' waist/0, and this is a little too small for me (see pic) Printed on American Apparel 100% cotton tee (but not from AA). Hello kitty, Sanrio, wizard of oz. Like new, worn only to try on.
