This adorable Hello Kit Play set is a Candy Store.It includes three character figures: Hello Kitty! Cathy Bunny and Tracy Raccoon, as well as furniture and accessories. (My favorite piece is the tiny popcorn machine.) This is a complete set, with no damage. All of the items fit inside the shop, which closes up and serves as a purse type carrying case, complete with handle. This is a discontinued item. Occasionally I see this set listed on other resale sites. The price can vary considerably, as will the condition of the set. I have included examples of 2 different listings. One of them is for a set in the original box, the other offer is just for the shop, with none of the accessories included. One seller I came across posted this as is a vintage toy from the 80's. I guess that might possibly be the case, but I bought this one new in the box around 2010-2011 from a "mom and pop" specialty toy store. Be advised, if your intend on giving this to a child you may need to supervise or assist them when they play with it, depending on their age. Not only are the pieces tiny, the shop can be tricky to open and close.
