Tighter around the waist but is stretchy and there more on the baggy side around the legs, bought them at hot topic and haven't worn them once so I'm selling it in hopes of finding someone who will actually wear these unlike me lol. These are made by the brand Sanrio which is just the Hello Kitty brand pretty much.
