Hell Bunny “Secret Gate” dress

Bought new but doesn’t fit. Hell Bunny dress with gorgeous sleeves. I am 5’3 and the skirt hits just above my knees. I will say there is NO give, and although the chest measurement lists it as 40”, if you are busty it won’t be comfortable. Also, upper sleeve is narrow. I felt it fit more like a medium. (I am a 36GG and the bust is the reason I have to pass it along) But it is new and it needs a home!!!
