Heirlooms of Tomorrow Porcelain Lace Figurine

Hand painted in soft colors and lace netting with gold gilt accents. Missing just a few small pieces of lace netting near the bottom, see photos. Heirloom of Tomorrow Made in USA. Approx Dimensions: 6.25"L x 8.25"H From my grandparent's estate. They marked this figurine as 04-49. I'm guessing that is the date they purchased this, or maybe when this figurine was introduced. One owner, very good condition.
