Hei Hei for Anthropologie velvet cropped pants

These are a truly beautiful shade of crushed velvet. Size medium wide leg cropped pants with elastic waist and tasseled front toes. It has pockets! Literally wore them 2 hours for a party. Laying flat: Waist 16 inches but can be cinched tighter or looser. Inseam 22.5 inches.
