Hei Hei // Anthropologie Bright Cobalt Blue Blouse

Bright blue cobalt button-up, short sleeve blouse. Easy small v-neck. Would look amazing with white jeans and saddle leather sandals. Great to take on vacation or for a day of shopping. Dressy enough for work, relaxed enough for brunch. Pictures don't do the color justice. Semi-see thru. Fit is very loose, feels like a M not an XS. Never worn.
