Heat this corn pack up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and the soothing heat will last about 45 minutes. You can also freeze it to use like an ice pack! Great to throw at the bottom of your bed on cold winter nights, or for sore muscles or arthritis or cramps or migraines or... I hand-make about 1000 each year and sell them at craft shows.
