Heather Grey Tiered Dress🎀

So sweet & sassy🎀 Black band at waist. Lace tiers in dress. More pictures if necessary. The flash in the pic didn't accurately capture the dresses color. Too small for me 😔 but I'm sure it'd get a lot of wear this Spring 💐
