Heather Black Blazer - Men's Small or Women's M/L

Bought this blazer/suit jacket for my husband but it's Chinese sizing, so the tag says Large but it's a Small for Men, but would also make a cute women's blazer, would be a Medium-Large. Fantastic quality, which is why I'm so confused about the sizing being so off... Anyway, never worn, still has tags.
