Sapphire blue cocktail dress by Heartbreaker. Purchased from Pin-up Girl clothing many years ago and worn to a few special occasions. Hasn't fit since lockdown. Size XL. Made in the USA. *Photos of me wearing it are just for an idea of fit, I can't fully zip it so it doesn't lay correctly on the sides and bust. Halter strap, sweetheart neckline with elastic ruching on the bust, princess seams, fitted bodice with ties and a full A line skirt. Unlined. Navy with a subtle sheen. 100% polyester.
