Heart of Haute Blue Holiday Dress

Heart of Haute (with old Heartbreaker label) A-line dress with elbow length sleeves. V-neck with kind of a shawl collar. Back zip. Has ties at the waist, could tie in the front or back. The fabric is still crisp & is icy blue with darker blue & shimmery silver dots. Only been worn twice & hand washed. Comes from a pet & smoke free home. Size small - Measured flat - 13" waist, 16" bust.
