Heart Soul maxi halter dress

Very stretchy. Nice condition. Braided neck ties. Brown, blue and white retro pattern. Elastic around bodice. I’m 5’ 8”. And it hits top of my feet. It is sz small but I think it fits more like a medium, in the bodice it fits probably an A-B to C cup. So cute for the beach or summer.
