Heart & Soul skirt with beautiful embroidery. Rich brown color with green and turquoise, flower embroidery and white embroidered trim in design. 97% cotton, 3% spandex. size 1, but fits more like a 4 or up to 6. Size 28” waist. Length is 19” long. A slight bell fit. This one is a hard one to let go of, but it no longer fits. Barely worn. Like new.
