Heart Soul Taffeta Dress

This black taffeta dress has a pleated plaid bodice and pleated turquoise blue sash that ties around the back. The bodice is lightly padded for coverage. The dress is fully Lined and has adjustable straps. The lining has a light crinoline attached at the bottom for shaping. 100% Polyester Hand wash cold, Line dry. There is some minor discoloration around the tag (see photo), but otherwise no visible flaws! 💙
