Healthtex newborn sandals

Healthtex yellow patent leather thong sandals with a multi color braided rope like design on the top. The inside base of the sandals are metallic. The bottom of sandals has discoloration and there’s a small mark on the inside of one sandal. Please see last 2 photos.
