Headband with black felt triangles lined gold dots

Headband with black felt triangles lined with gold dots Worn maybe four times I bought this headband along with a similar circular one in Taiwan, and the lady who sold it to me kept trying to sell it to me by telling me it’s Korean lol. Please note that on one side, the felt has come unglued from the metal headband. It could easily be re-glued but isn’t really a problem.
