The elastic is shot in these so they are not suitable for smaller people ( unless your like me and just use a hair tie to keep them up) but the color is bright and they are super comfy. Great for sleepy shorts. It is listed as XL (40-42) but I would get them as XXL because then you know theyll stay up on their own.
