A Hundred Years of Island Cooking - A Collection of Recipes from Hawaiian Electric Company. The cookbook does not have a copyright date, but estimated publication date is in the late 1980s to early 1990s, based on a written date in the cookbook, and also based on when Harwood Williamson served as President and CEO of HECO. He wrote the President's Message for the cookbook. The cookbook is in overall very good condition. The binding is intact and inner pages are clean and unmarked. There is handwriting on the front cover page, and on the inner cover page. Some minor brown stains on the front and back cover. Please see pictures for details.
