I ask because the Lord has allowed my family and me to find so many herbs and oils and such that have helped us to stay mostly well and if we do catch something we use them to help us get over it so quickly! Let me know if you want me to share a few of those tho with you. Most can be gotten from Vitamin Shoppe or other local health store. Praying!

annmariesaved @tinastreasures_ one thing we take daily, and extra if we get sick, is Silver. We’ve been using Silver Biotics - a natural antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal. I use with the whole family. We actually use a stronger version than what they sell at the store because of the Lyme and confections.

annmariesaved I love essential oils as well! I use clove and oregano a lot topically for massage. I had one son home from school yesterday and used those oils on him when he went to bed. He woke up seeming much better today. They do sell Oreganol which is prediluted oregano oil and we do use that internally on occasion.

annmariesaved My son also took in addition to the silver yesterday Black Elderberry syrup- a great antiviral. That can be purchased at CVS, Walgreens etc or Vitamin Shoppe which has an unsweetened formula that I like to get. They sell zinc gluconate lozenges under the name cold eeze and lots of times if you start right away you can nip colds in the bud. So those are a few of our staples. Taking Epsom salt baths always a benefit in helping the body recover as well!

annmariesaved @haikai522 And I'm so sorry you've had to deal with having this awful disease. I've had it all of my married life 23 years, and I was reinfected in 2010. It is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. I was actually first infected out in the midwest, where I see you're from. I was infected from a bite I got in MN and then I lived in WI for 6 years as well. I got reinfected here on the East Coast in RI.

haikai522 @annmariesaved I got bit when I was 7,after I was so sick with the “flu” I was in hospital. Docs couldn’t figure out what was wrong so said flu. Then couple months later couldn’t walk. Had to be carried everywhere d/t pain when walking. I remember pain when touched, carried (from pressure), and moving in bed even. I was in hospital a few times, and they couldn’t figure out was wrong (parents told them I had been bit and they didn’t even test for Lyme disease) so they said must be a virus

haikai522 @annmariesaved finally when I was like 28 or 29 I was at a new chiropractor telling her all of my “complaints” when I said I sleep up to 19 hours straight sometimes, well just a lot all the time, and that I never ever feel refreshed or good or want to get up, that was the complaint that made her test me for Lyme disease. She said I think u are either anemic, or have Lyme disease and I was shocked. Test was positive and I had it over 20 years without knowing.

annmariesaved @haikai522 Oh, man! It's so sad that Lyme has been around for as long as it has and they are STILL ignorant regarding it! I know what you mean about just getting used to living and feeling like you're 50 years older than you actually are! I am so thankful for the natural supplements that have kept me going. I have not done traditional treatment as I had a bad reaction to the meds the first time I tried over 10 years ago, but looking back it was most likely just a really bad Herx reaction.

I just had to send back the Light Emitter that I was renting for my treatment, as I can no longer afford it. I had a great week of sales a week or so ago, but things have slowed down a lot. I've been trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong, lol. Sometimes it's about how much I'm sharing, or commenting on new closets, or posting new items. It's crazy how it goes!

annmariesaved @nancyherrington Yes, I expected January to be slow and then I was surprised by a great week of sales at the beginning of the year! I will just keep sharing away and trust that I will reap! Yes, it is a shame that there are so many suffering from Chronic Lyme Disease. Testing is highly unreliable and many people get misdiagnosed. Many doctors are lacking proper, updated information. Patients are go untreated unfortunately. I thank the Lord for his goodness to me. I could be so much worse.

I joined a Christian Lyme Disease Support Group on Facebook which has been an absolute blessing to me. We pray and encourage one another and share experiences with treatments. I went for many years without support so I thank the Lord for allowing me to be a part of this group. He has used me to encourage others there as well.

The doctors assured me I couldn't have more. The Lord has a sense of humor. I turn 50 in June and I have a 5 year old. 😂 If I may ask, I would appreciate your prayers too. I'm struggling with endometriosis. The older I've gotten the worse it is. My oldest daughter was diagnosed with it. 😔

annmariesaved @designbyyilda I certainly will pray for your health as well, and for abundant grace to care for your children (and some extra energy for that 5 year old 😊). I just turned 50 in February. My oldest son is getting married in August, so that’s going to be a big change for us. I’ve had them all home for the most part. My daughter went to Pensacola Christian College for two years and has been home and is working now. So it’ll be different to have one move out permanently this summer.

Speaking of your surprise blessing with your five-year-old, a friend of mine at church has a similar situation happen with her. She just turned 50 in December and she has a four-year-old. Next oldest is 14 and then 2 -17, a 19, and one that’s married and out of the house. All of her other pregnancies were with the help I have a doctors.

She has been living alone now for a year. That was very hard to transition to.

Even though I don't get to know if she is safe. My son graduates also from PBA in May and he wants to become a doctor so we shall see where he ends up. Right now it looks like Liberty in Virginia. That will be hard. Yes, when the Lord has a plan for another little life He doesn't care if we see our selves like Sarah and Abraham.

We just came from seeing the movie Unplanned. It was very good. Have you seen it? We went with my oldest son and his fiancée, his fiancée’s cousin and her fiancé, and my oldest daughter.

I got to go out to breakfast and do a little clothes shopping with my oldest today. It was nice as I know he will not be under my roof for very much longer. We’ve been so blessed to have him home with us through his college years.

annmariesaved @designbyyilda We Homeschooled and he earned some college credits during his last year. He was going to go to Pensacola Christian College but they didn’t accept all of those credits so he stayed local and went to the community college to save money and lived at home. He then transferred to the University of Rhode Island and, Lord willing, will graduate in May with his bachelors in Entrepreneurial Business.

He has worked hard and we are proud of him and we have been blessed like I said to have had him home with us through his college years. It’s so nice to have all six of them home for the time being. designbyyilda Hi Annmarie, How are you? How are you feeling? I have not seen the movie unplanned. My husband, my daughter and son did see it. We had to divide and conquer because of Daniel. Daniel and I saw Dumbo :) I don't know if I can handle the movie. I had a miscarriage 17 years now. I was able to deliver my baby boy after 4 days of labor. He was born dead. He was 20 weeks old.

designbyyilda But the placenta would not come out. They pulled and punched and I had to have a DNC. I still remember the noise the machine made. I also remember when I was coming too. The nurses that where working on me wondered why I didn't have a DNC earlier. I couldn't live with the fact of tearing up my baby even though he was going to die. I couldn't do it. I was getting sick, but I couldn't do that to him. So i don't know if I can handle the movie it is a very tender spot in my life.

motherhenalaska I love your mission❤️ For the present, I now use my earnings to make sure there is enough in the bank to cover the mortgage and utilities while I finish my last class for my masters in history, then I can get a job and have an income. I truly appreciate your prayers and thoughtfulness toward me :) I am still struggling with my digestive issues and praying for complete relief from the root cause and healing of the damage. I am working on correcting a hiatal hernia that the Lyme most likely contributed to with weakening the diaphragm and hoping that I can get relief from the constant reflux and esophagus pain.

I have a hiatal hernia that is complicating my healing, I would love to be able to sleep laying down agai. I've been sleeping upright for the past 7 years. I am praying that the Lord will bring my herniated stomach down into the right position, help my gut to function properly, and heal any damage done from the constant reflux. janellno5 it's interesting that I came across your closet because yesterday a friend of a friend has been diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease & is having a really hard time! i myself have AS & RA so when you have health struggles it's much more personal & there's a lot of mercy & compassion they were trying the bea stings but they were too much. looks like you have a wonderful family and are able to enjoy your family anyway which is huge! 💞💞💞💞💞
