julierobins I don't want you to have a 'no-ship' mark in your record! You tell me how YOU wAnt to fix it! I showed you a copy of my reversal to them and they replied that it was reversed .. You could knock me over with a feather right now ! It's not the dollar amount..that's tiny! It's REPUTATION and policy! Glad you kept on top of it ! Do you want it reversed to reverse the blemish ? Not sure if it even matters if you have a strike!! Let me know !
