All of our Labubus are 100% authentic and purchased directly from Pop Mart, the box includes the original authentication QR code as well. Because of this, we don’t accept returns. If you’d feel more comfortable, we do have a few others available that are “Pop Now” direct with the yellow tag, or fully unboxed so you can see what you will recieve rather than a blind box.
