rockedthat @gkimcoon so I pulled the dress out and there's actually NOT ruching. It is just styled that way or worn that way, but it's not sewn that way. I'm going to be take a few more photos to add to clear that up sometime this weekend but wanted to let you know!

rockedthat @kylieannking I added a few photos, unfortunately it does not fit my mannequin (it's a 4-6 and a pull on style so it could not go over the shoulders) the ruching isn't sewn in the seam but based on the cut it would ruch similarly to the stock photos

rockedthat @kylieannking it is not lined but the material is pretty thick and with the ruching you may not need a slip. 100% rayon
