Hatley Boat Neck Ruched Dress in Cross Hatch - NEW - Size XS. New with tags. Blue and white design, stretchy, ruched sides on skirt section, elastic waist, bodice meant to be blouson style. Model pic included to show fit as my mannequin has no legs to hold ruched skirt piece in place so it looks weird on her. Keyhole at neck back with button and loop closure. Approximate measurements: 16 1/2" bust, 39" length. Measurements taken while laying flat. Dress will be shorter when waist is in place. B37-3246
