Hashtag dress size L with cut outs

Only worn a few times for vacation. Have washed it normally, with no shrinkage. It is very long. I am 5’6” and it touches the ground on me with flats. The cut outs are very flattering but the top is not for my super busty girls. I’m a 36 C and it was snug but not uncomfortably so. You also can have the flowy shoulder sleeves just hang down and only wear the shoulder straps and it doesn’t look like it wasn’t meant to be that way.
