Vintage Harvey Bernard wool blazer. Seams are finished beautifully , no ruff edges. Dry clean ( I use the dryer dry cleaning.) So many options with this blazer. You could show the contrast color at the neck and the sleaves. You could leave the cuffs with the same color. It is a 2X fitted jacket.
