New with tags. Purchased a few months ago (on ebay) for my sons birthday and he never used it. Does appear to have some minor “scratch looking” areas on suitcase but it was never used. Still has attached tags. Not sure if areas are from the previous person having it stored? Can only see areas in certain light.
