shimmerfading79 @kellyaitken4 ok, (granted they are a stretchy-waistband material & I'm definitely no professional seamstress, lol) it appears to measure 19.5"-20" pulled tight, straight across (Left-seam to Right- seam) and (I think) that if doubled for circumference, it's about a 40" waist. hope that helps. 😀
