An unofficial Fleur Delacour costume compiled from different pieces. The dress is lovely and can be worn outside of a costume. Worn only once. - Dress is the GRACE KARIN High Stretchy Pleated Flared A-line Evening Dress Size M Light Blue. Top half is form fitting with a lot of stretch. 3/4 sleeve with zip back closure. I am 5'9, 170lb, 36F and it fit me like a glove. - The shawl is pale blue chiffon and closes with a loop and button. - The hat is felt with a sturdy shape.
