lbc757 @kaseystack I am a true size US size 9 medium width. In the suede Harrow I am a 39.5. In the leather Harrow I just received, I am a 40. Both are snug enough to wear without a sock but loose enough to wear with a footie - so perfect sizing. Hope that helps.
