wallywolo @maximalisttt good morning! Laying flat the waistline is 13.25” across. However there are two 4” sections of elasticized waistband on either side of the skirt which provide some give for comfort. I’m about a size 4, and sometimes a 6 and the skirt fits me perfectly. See the additional photos I’ve posted to show what I mean about the waistline. Thank you!
