Reposhing this item I purchased from @grandselection. I am beyond bummed this did not fit me. I have very big arms and it was just a little too tight in the top but I will say, I almost just kept is and wore it that way because it is adorable on!! Has stretch waist. Perfect length. Colors are beautiful.
