Approximate measurements: INSIDE armpit to armpit is 22", Inside arm opening at cuff is 15", shoulder to longest part of hem is 27". Difficult to describe this truly unique cape/blouse combo, looks like a cape but with seams designating arm openings. Have never seen this style and unable to find similar.
