jayrusssdo So based on your last messages with people it appears that Italian. Euro sizing is as follows: 17.5 half waste in CM is a US Size 31. But if measured in inches a 42 half waste would be also. 31. But if in your listing it is a 17.5 it will be in Cm which would a 32 in us sizing which has a half waste of 44.5.
