in great working condition, does not come with original charging cable. just speaker on its own as pictured. it works well. However, there is a slight "noise" that happens at the loudest volume setting. some people mention this in the review for it brand new, so I think it's the way it is made, but generally sound still works well enough as long it's not too loud.
