Hello I am very interested for a coming up wedding. Yet I am only 5’1 and 100lbs. Would this dress fit like a 00 as described? Is it tight fitting and would it be able to be hemmed? Thanks

A seamstress could hem it she may take off some length and rehem
I have had that done on other dresses myself
