This spring/summer shift dress from Harlow & Rose is SO cute! It’s white with vertical black stripes over layed with a pretty floral pattern in pink, peach, and green with a touch of light blue. Ruffle detailing across the chest and sleeveless. One shoulder style but does have an additional strap on the left. It hits around the knee (above or just below depending on your height). Size large.
