@snarkyone61 // Yes! The width of jacket is 16" to 17" depending on if you are measuring in the top of jacket or at the waist area. Top of collar to bottom of jacket is 25.5" from the back (it is longer in back!) and 21" in the front. Sleeves are 24" in length. Hope this helps!

@vanessavolpi // There is one big patch on each arm of where the elbows would be. I will upload a photo of them! The back is not padded. There are two zippers on the back for venting.
