I called my local leather shop and they said it would be $40 to fix the buckle. With that in mind, how low would you be willing to offer?

@oboe_girl01 the boots are $205 the original price. I made an offer, that's the lowest with keeping the buckle in mind. weird part of this is ...the strap/buckle got stuck in something, not because of use.
