poohnda @brittaniemo let me check, i believe tha is the measurement of the inside leg chap. if it is, i can measure from the waist down the outside to give you a better idea... :)

poohnda @lrazink the size is listed as one size because thats the only option it gave me when u list chaps. thats why i write in the description that its large and took pics of the tag and measurements as well. :)
