@rsettlemyre I do not understand unfortunately and I did not attempt to clean it . Only on shoulder parts as shown . Besides that very good shape no rips etc…

Looks like paint splatter all over the front and back, if it won’t rub off with just water or leather cleaner it’s probably not going to come off, I’m willing to take a chance on it for a deep discount
